Baking and pastry making have been Erin’s passion ever since she started working for her grandmother at Patti Kake Bakery at 12 years old. From there, she went on to gain experience working at other high-end bakeries and hospitality establishments before coming to Two Rivers and running her own business.

With her imaginative mind, keen attention to detail, and artistic abilities, Erin creates works of art for clients as they celebrate many different life milestones. In fact, many are repeating customers who are part of the dedicated client base she has built over the years. From birthdays to graduations to weddings, Erin wows Two River’s bakery customers with her custom cake decorating skills, excellent organization and communication, and exceptional delivery and set up of their chosen desserts. When she’s not making delicious delicacies, you can find Erin spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
